IFK MALMÖ HF was one of 24 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Lundaspelen Summer 2019. They participated with one team in Flickor 05.

In addition to IFK MALMÖ HF, 8 other teams played in Flickor 05. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK MALMÖ HF could be found in Group A together with LUGI HF 1, HK Ankaret 2 and H43 Lund 2.

IFK MALMÖ HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret 1 with 6-15. In the Final, H43 Lund 2 won over HK Ankaret 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 05.

IFK MALMÖ HF also participated in Flickor 05 during Lundaspelen Summer 2018. They reached the final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against HK Ankaret 1 with 12-18 and ended up in second place.

IFK MALMÖ comes from MALMÖ which lies approximately 17 km from Lund, where Lundaspelen Summer takes place. The area around MALMÖ does also provide 17 additional clubs participating during Lundaspelen Summer 2019 (Among others: Veberöds HK, LUGI HF, Eslövs HF, H43 Lund, IFK-Malmö, H43, Ljunghusens HK, IFK Malmö Handboll, HK Ankaret and Ljunghusens Handbollsklubb).
