In addition to Staffanstorps HK, 5 other teams played in Flickor 03. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK could be found in Group B together with LUGI Handboll 1 and HK Ankaret.
Staffanstorps HK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Malmö HF, which they won with 17-16. Thereby Staffanstorps HK won the entire B-Slutspel in Flickor 03 during Lundaspelen Summer 2018. Staffanstorps HK also participated in Flickor 03 during Lundaspelen Summer 2017.
